Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's. You will supervise the breakfast shift, coach team members, and ensure top service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Maintain supplies and inventory to meet brand standards and accuracy.
• Maintain records and reports per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to cash procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and labor-cost control.
• Train and develop crew under supervision.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
