Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the dining area for daily meals at our Nashville property. You will set up the dining space, restock breakfast items, and ensure all stations meet quality and sanitation standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include following opening procedures, keeping surfaces clean, and performing closing duties while adhering to the hotel's "clean as you go" policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hours of operation and proper dining area setup.
• Check quality and quantity of breakfast stock and supplies using a checklist.
• Transport supplies to the dining area and set up condiments and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Inspect tables and service areas; rectify deficiencies.
• Clean and sanitize service lines, equipment, and dining surfaces.
• Complete closing side duties and clean/storage organization.
