Job summary

Athena Hospitality Group is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to work at our Nashville-area hotel, including Saturdays and Sundays. This role focuses on delivering high-quality breakfast service in a courteous, efficient manner for guests.

You will maintain a clean, stocked breakfast area, assist with side work, and ensure adherence to brand standards and safety policies while supporting other team members as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers card as required by city/county/state

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel scheduling requirements.
• Keep uniforms and appearance neat and professional.
• Follow Athena Hospitality standards for safety and operations.
• Assist guests with food/beverage needs in a warm, professional way.
• Set and reset tables and spaces per client/management instructions.
• Maintain stocked, clean service areas and complete side work.
• Accommodate special guest requests and offer alternatives.
• Assist with dishwashing, restocking, sweeping, mopping, and sanitation tasks.
• Answer phones per standards and support opening/closing procedures.
