Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests and greet them warmly
• Maintain breakfast area and ensure food remains available during service hours
• Serve guests and replenish as needed in dining area
• Clear and reset tables, remove dishes promptly
• Answer guest questions courteously and efficiently
• Follow health and safety protocols for sanitation
• Maintain supplies of glassware, dishes, and trays
• Replenish beverage and ice dispensers
• Stock condiments and serving areas
• Monitor guest satisfaction and support improvements
• Adhere to safety requirements and wear PPE
• Perform other related duties as required
