Responsibilities

• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down the continental breakfast buffet for guests.
• Maintains the breakfast and food prep areas in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Ensures food items meet company and franchise standards and are attractively displayed.
• Prepares and sets up meeting room functions as needed.
• Orders food items and supplies according to forecasted occupancy and minimizes waste.
• Maintains equipment and sanitation procedures for microwaves, coffee urns, and juice machines.
• Follows safe food handling policies; keeps areas clean and properly labeled.
