Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food/beverage facilities are clean, stocked, and safe.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition and cleaned regularly.
• Follow brand and Opal health and safety regulations.
• Assist with cost control and inventory to minimize waste.
• Promote revenue through guest-focused promotions and service.
