Job summary

Opal Hotels Group in Wilson, NC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to manage breakfast service, ensure quality dining, and maintain a safe, clean environment for guests. You will prepare well-cooked foods, present dishes attractively, and uphold health and safety regulations.

You will keep the dining area inviting, engage with guests to boost satisfaction, manage supplies and inventory, and support cost-control efforts while following brand standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher
• Must speak fluent English (other languages preferred)
• ServSafe, CPR, and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Requires lifting, bending squatting, and physical labor, standing, walking, and reaching over head; able to lift minimum 50 lbs; exposure to allergens/chemicals daily.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in the property management system and inventory system.
• Perform daily opening and closing cleaning procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional dining area and uniform.
• Ensure restaurant/bar and banquet spaces are clean, stocked, and operating.
• Handle guest complaints effectively and hospitably.
• Promote brand standards and follow health and safety regulations.
