Job summary

OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet with a welcoming guest experience. You will ensure items are stocked, labeled, and kept at safe temperatures during service.

The role requires strong hospitality focus, attention to detail, and the ability to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced dining environment. Property-based position in the Restaurant department.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Certifications: Food safety certification preferred.
• Able to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Breakfast Setup & Buffet Execution: Set up breakfast buffet according to property standards and display items attractively.
• Food & Beverage Monitoring: Replenish items and maintain safe temperatures.
• Guest Service & Hospitality: Greet guests and assist with menu questions and allergens.
• Cleanliness, Sanitation & Breakdown: Maintain buffet areas and break down setup after service.
• Operational Support & Communication: Assist kitchen and F&B teams and communicate issues.
