Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a comfortable and accommodating stay.
• Perform QA requirements for the department and uphold Brand Standards.
• Prepare breakfast items, repair hot and cold foods, and assist with setup and replenishment.
• Immaculately clean and maintain kitchen, utensils, and dining areas; brew coffee and tea.
• Operate cooking equipment and manage supplies, stock, and records.
• Assist with meeting room setup, bar stock, and refresh/coffee breaks as needed.
• Remain visible and available to guests; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
