Responsibilities include setting up the breakfast bar, taking daily inventory, preparing items like fruit and coffee, restocking during peak hours, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas according to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering personalized guest service in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to maintain brand standards for breakfast service.
• Basic food handling and sanitation awareness.

Responsabilités

• Providing personalized service to all guests
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards
• Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentration
• Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
• Preparing and setting up hot food items
• Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks assigned by management
