Job summary

Hireology in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to ensure daily breakfast setup is on schedule and presented attractively. You will respond to guest concerns following hotel policy and service recovery procedures.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming dining experience, assisting with incidents, and performing other duties as assigned by management. Open availability including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required OR 1-year related experience or training.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must have open availability to include weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily breakfast set-up is on schedule and presentable.
• Anticipates and intervenes in all incidents of guest dissatisfaction and attempts to satisfy all such guests, within hotel policy and service recovery procedures.
• Maintains proper dining experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
