TownePlace Suites Jacksonville is seeking a breakfast attendant to assist with breakfast setup, buffet maintenance, and guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment in Jacksonville, NC. You will greet guests, manage the breakfast area, and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes strong hospitality, ability to follow guidelines, and a positive, flexible attitude to support guests and hotel operations. Evening, weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, franchise or related field preferred.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older; flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly service throughout their stay.
• Assist with breakfast setup and buffet maintenance according to brand standards.
• Clear and sanitize breakfast area and tables after guest departures.
• Follow local health codes and safety guidelines for food handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in front and back of house.
