Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare and maintain the dining area for daily breakfast service at our Jacksonville property. You will set up, ensure food quality, and maintain sanitation across service lines and dining spaces.

You’ll handle prep, stocking, and break-down duties, assist with condiments and beverages, and support the kitchen by coordinating with team members. This role requires good English language skills and a reliable, guest-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Must have good understanding of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Open dining area and set up for breakfast according to standards.
• Prepare deli items, salad bar, beverages, and condiments as directed.
• Ensure food quality and maintain sanitation of work surfaces and dining area.
• Restock supplies, monitor stock levels, and clean as you go.
• Complete closing duties, log pertinent information, and report maintenance needs.
• Greet and serve meals to hotel employees.
