Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring at Murfreesboro Embassy Suites for a guest-focused breakfast and service role. You will prepare and present breakfast and/or evening receptions, keeping buffets clean and stocked while delivering warm, efficient guest service.

You'll work as part of a team, handle questions, and support bar/service areas as needed. The position requires physical stamina, readiness for flexible shifts, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you.
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready-buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Jump in where needed-whether that"s light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
