Job summary

Atrium Hospitality's East Peoria Embassy Suites is hiring for a part-time position to help provide outstanding guest experiences. You will assist with breakfast and evening receptions, keep areas clean and stocked, and ensure service runs smoothly with a friendly, can-do attitude.

No experience is required; training will be provided. Flexibility across days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred, with certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness encouraged to obtain within 60 days.

Qualifications

• No experience? We will teach you the rest if you have a great attitude and love teamwork.
• Restaurant or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for a great guest experience by preparing, presenting, and maintaining our complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception.
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready - buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Jump in where needed - light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, or supporting bar/service areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and team members.
• Monitor food quality, proper storage and temperature standards throughout your shift.
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned.
