Qualifications

• Restaurant or other relevant experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
• Must be an early riser and have a flexible work schedule.
• Knowledge of food service regulations.
• Able to easily and quickly lift and carry heavy objects.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sets up the buffet before guests begin arriving for breakfast.
• Displays the food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner.
• Keeps juices and perishables chilled or on ice.
• Replenishes food and supplies as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of the buffet area throughout the morning.
• Removes leftover food and cleans the buffet area at end of shift.
• Greets guests and accommodates special requests.
• Provides a professional image through appearance and dress.
