Job summary

Responsibilities

• Taking food and beverages orders and ensuring that they are delivered to the table in a timely fashion.
• Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest.
• Explaining the menus to guests and accommodating their requests.
• Paying close attention to your tables to ensure that they are always taken care of.
• Delivering the bill and processing payment.
• Treating all guests with the utmost courtesy and respect.
• Assisting with closing and opening duties.
• Assisting with hotel and banquet operations as needed.
• Understand and proficiently use the POS system.
