Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Server to join our team in Sarasota, FL. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. You will know the menu inside out and provide guidance on dietary needs and specials, while handling payments and maintaining a clean, organized service area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and hospitality experience. Certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler’s Card may be required by state

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and coworkers.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) as per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders to ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Guide guests on the menu, including ingredients, dietary needs, and daily specials.
• Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining order accuracy.
• Manage multiple tables while keeping the dining area clean and organized.
