Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
• ServSafe and/or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve beverages and food to guest tables according to hotel specifications.
• Collect payments.
• Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
• Communicate with the General Manager and department staff regarding guest needs.
