Job summary

Hyatt Regency Frisco is ideally located just north of Dallas and features 303 guest rooms and modern meeting and event space. As a Breakfast Server, you will take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver exceptional service with warmth and hospitality.

Candidates should have restaurant serving experience, be able to work mornings (6:00 AM–12:00 PM), weekends and holidays, and be comfortable lifting, standing for long periods, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Previous customer service experience required
• Must have open availability, including AMs (6AM - 12PM) weekends & holidays

This modern 18-story hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco at Stonebriar Centre, just steps from Riders Field, Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, and an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment destinations.

Restaurant Servers play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this position, you will take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver exceptional service with a warm and engaging approach. Successful candidates will develop a strong knowledge of our menu offerings and confidently guide guests through their dining experience.
