Job summary

Renaissance Minneapolis Bloomington Hotel in Bloomington, MN is seeking a creative, guest-focused Server for AM Breakfast and evening shifts to join its dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will deliver attentive service, handle orders and payments, and maintain a clean, organized service station.

Minimum 1 year of server experience preferred; alcohol beverage and food handler certifications are advantageous. Spire Hospitality offers competitive benefits and early pay options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Server experience in a similar role.
• Alcohol Beverage server certification is preferred.
• Food handler certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Enthusiastically take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders. Regularly revisit the table to ensure beverages are refilled and guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Generate checks through PMS and receive payments efficiently for each guest.
• Maintain daily restaurant organization, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations.
