Job summary

North Point Hospitality Group is hiring for a full-time hospitality role in Nashville, starting with an early 5:30am shift. You will set up and maintain the buffet, greet guests, and serve food and beverages while ensuring cleanliness and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Set up the buffet daily, ensuring that all items are well-stocked, and break down the buffet after service.
• Greet the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness.
• Serve water and/or coffee upon greeting the table.
• Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary.
• Clear tables during breakfast using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware in a timely manner.
• Observes guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed
• Control quality and consistency of all food served
• Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Total checks and accepts payment or refer guests to cashier

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
