Job summary

ARK is seeking friendly servers to welcome guests and ensure a smooth dining experience. You will greet diners, take and deliver orders promptly, and assist with menu questions while maintaining a positive attitude.

You will handle payments, restock and clean tables, and participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about daily specials. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior food-service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Candidates must have completed high school or received similar certification (GED)

Responsibilities

• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
• Establish a full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations
• Attend all pre-shift and departmental meetings to improve communications and develop an understanding of products, services, and facilities
