Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Margaritaville Lake Resort team is seeking friendly restaurant staff for JBs Boathouse. This full-time role at Osage Beach offers $7.50 per hour plus tips, with breakfast shifts from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 18+ age requirement. Reports to the JB’s Boathouse Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, explaining menu items, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Training on Micros system and safety standards provided.

• Must communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Able to follow supervisor instructions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter tickets in Micros system accurately.
• Ensure work area is clean, organized and safe.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and beverages.
• Provide warm, friendly guest service.
• Notify supervisor of any broken or damaged equipment.
