Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Servesafe Food Handler certification required before starting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong prep, hot line and cold line skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily tasks from the Chef and complete a prep list.
• Prepare and cook menu items according to Omni standards.
• Coordinate hot and cold foods with the culinary team.
• Maintain sanitation standards per health department rules.
• Greet guests warmly and contribute to memorable experiences.
