Job summary

Snooze in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Prep Cook to join our morning team. You will ensure quality, safety, and timeliness of dishes, and you will work with various kitchen tools and guidelines to deliver breakfast favorites.

Earn $16.50 to $20.00 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more. No late nights and opportunities for development are part of our supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 100% responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served.
• Knows all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information.
• Prepares various food items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and portion bags.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food at line stations for smooth service.
• Keeps a clean and sanitary work station and equipment during and after service.
• Follows opening/closing checklists and Snoozy sanitation guidelines.
