Hyatt Place Austin Downtown, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor - Breakfast to lead exceptional breakfast service and oversee restaurant operations in Austin, TX.

You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
