Thompson Austin is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Supervisor to lead the restaurant and bar teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, monitor standards, and collaborate with culinary and service teams to uphold Hyatt’s brand expectations.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, with experience in hospitality supervision and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

Summary

The Role

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.Restaurant Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

Some of the responsibilities include:

· Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest service.

· Delegate tasks effectively and provide hands-on assistance as needed.

· Oversee the restaurant and bar, ensuring compliance with brand standards.

· Assist in training and developing team members.

· Ensure adherence to hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety laws.

· Maintain compliance with state food handling and liquor laws.

· Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of outlets.

· Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, and offerings.

· Assist in planning and executing special events and private functions.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

This mixed-use project will also feature a residential tower – Sienna – and 10,000 square feet of retail space and a 7,000 sq. ft. state of the art fitness center and simulator room, appropriately named the “T” Box.
