Hash Kitchen in Peoria is seeking a Server to own the guest experience during breakfast and lunch in a high-volume, chef-driven concept. You’ll greet guests, guide orders, deliver a timely experience, and help keep the dining room running smoothly with your Squad.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience.
• Clear communication, in person and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect guests quickly and warmly.
• Guide the order by knowing the menu and upselling without being pushy.
• Deliver food and drinks on time and check back with guests.
• Keep the room clean: bus, sanitize, and set tables, coordinate with kitchen.
