Hash Kitchen is hiring servers for a breakfast and lunch concept focused on guest experience. You will join a high-volume, chef-driven team delivering breakfast and lunch with a flexible schedule that keeps evenings free.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in the food industry preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the ultimate guest experience
• Clear communication, in person and under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and establish a connection to make them feel welcomed
• Know the menu and beverages to answer questions and upsell without being pushy
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and on time and check back with guests
• Keep the dining room organized: bussing, sanitizing, setting tables, handling transactions, coordinating with kitchen
