Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is hiring a Grill Cook to prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered events. The role requires fast, accurate prep, adherence to HACCP and safety standards, and ability to operate large kitchen equipment in a high-volume environment.

The position offers full-time benefits for employees and a consistent schedule from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year professional cooking experience or education equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and client standards in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute recipes per production sheets for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Monitor ingredient availability and report discrepancies to management.
• Clock in/out as required and attend daily meetings.
• Adhere to safety rules and company/ client policies.
