Qualifications

• Previous cooking or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch menu items.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Set up and stock cooking stations before service.
• Prepare meats, vegetables, sides, and other menu items.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely.
• Monitor food temperatures and maintain proper food safety standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with food preparation and production as needed.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Work with other kitchen team members to provide fast, quality service.
• Follow all company, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
