Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and interact with guests in the breakfast and lobby area.
• Setup, service, maintenance, and breakdown of the breakfast bar line; prepare specified food items.
• Replenish food and assist in serving from the breakfast bar to guests, courteously and efficiently.
• Observe departmental quality standards and safety procedures.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventories as scheduled and follow cleaning schedules.
