Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and grill a range of menu items with precision.
• Set up and organize the cooking station before service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely plating.
• Inspect ingredients and finished dishes for quality and safety.
• Follow food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Understand menu offerings and assist with changes as needed.
• Keep the cooking station clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages.
