Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Active Food handler certification or ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to work day/night and weekend shifts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Energetic personality and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to recipes and portioning.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation for breakfast service.
• Assist with prep work, banquets, and employee meals as needed.
• Follow food safety and proper labeling, dating, and storage procedures.
• Support the Culinary team to ensure quality, presentation, and efficiency.
