Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients for menu items using restaurant recipes.
• Learn and utilize the restaurant’s kitchen procedures.
• Keep kitchen and food prep areas clean and organized.
• Assist with prep work for other shifts when needed.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate out old product.
