Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation for breakfast service.
• Complete daily prep work to ensure kitchen readiness for service.
• Assist with banquet prep, events, and other kitchen duties as needed.
• Follow food safety, labeling, dating, rotation, and storage procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and workstation throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service.
