Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• 6 months in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be 17+ years old and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes.
• Know all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and safety information.
• Prepare a variety of items using knives, mixers, blenders, processors, scales, and portion bags.
• Cook using ovens, stoves, griddles, and broilers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and follow health department standards.
