Job summary

The Breakfast Food Runner at Limelight Mammoth delivers breakfast items from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, contributing to a luxury hotel breakfast experience. You’ll work closely with servers and kitchen staff, ensuring orders are presented to high standards and the dining area remains clean and welcoming.

This role reports to the Restaurant Manager, with applications accepted through August 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Previous food runner, busser, server assistant, or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver breakfast food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
• Ensure orders are complete, properly presented, and served at the correct temperature.
• Assist servers with beverages, condiments, and guest requests.
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain clean, organized runner stations and dining areas during shifts.
• Clear and reset tables quickly to keep breakfast dining inviting.
• Monitor dining room needs and support the service team for a seamless guest experience.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards when handling food and drinks.
• Stock service stations, replenish supplies, and complete side work as assigned.
• Report guest comments or complaints to the Manager.
