Job summary

RAM Hotels in Alabama region is seeking a friendly Breakfast Host to greet guests at the breakfast bar and deliver exceptional service each morning. You will set up, replenish, and maintain the breakfast area following brand guidelines while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.

As a team player, you will communicate with hotel management, handle inventory, and respond to guest questions with a positive, proactive attitude. Prior hospitality or service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent, with at least six months in food/beverage or service roles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous hospital industry experience is a plus.
• Server or waitstaff experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly, and attentive service; interact with guests during breakfast.
• Set up and maintain hot breakfast bar following brand guidelines; know breakfast items and beverages.
• Clean and restock breakfast area; notify management about inventory and feedback.
• Maintain area cleanliness per county health codes and QA requirements.
• Keep breakfast display appealing and continuously replenish items for guests.
• Follow sanitation regulations and safety standards for food products.
• Perform other tasks to meet or exceed guest satisfaction.
