Primary Responsibilities

1. Set up and maintain an attractive, organized, and clean breakfast bar with standardized presentation.
2. Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed daily.
3. Order or purchase food supplies.
4. Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.
5. Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other products.
6. Arrange cold foods like sweet rolls, muffins, and cereals.
7. Clear and clean tables as they are vacated and wipe up spills.
8. Remove trash and restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
9. Wash serving equipment and return it to storage.
10. Return reusable food supplies to storage.
11. Clean carpets, floors, furniture, and room decorations.
12. Inspect areas for safety hazards and equipment issues.
13. Report lost articles and maintenance problems.
14. Provide excellent guest service.
15. Wear proper clothing according to company policy, including non-slip shoes.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
