Primary Responsibilities

1. Set up and maintain the breakfast bar in an attractive, organized, clean, and standardized presentation.
2. Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed daily.
3. Order or purchase food supplies.
4. Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.
5. Set up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, and other products.
6. Arrange cold foods such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal.
7. Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
8. Wipe up spills and remove trash.
9. Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
10. Wash and store serving equipment.
11. Vacuum and sweep carpets and floors; mop floors.
12. Dust, brush, polish, and vacuum furniture.
13. Clean room decorations, appliances, and surfaces using appropriate cleaners.
14. Inspect areas for safety hazards and equipment conditions.
15. Report lost & found items and maintenance issues.
16. Provide excellent guest service.
17. Wear proper clothing per company policy, including non-slip shoes.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of food sanitation and safety standards.
