Primary Responsibilities

1. Set up and maintain an attractive, organized, and clean breakfast bar.
2. Take inventory and order supplies as needed.
3. Prepare foods like fresh fruit, coffee, and juices.
4. Set up serving dishes, utensils, and cups.
5. Arrange cold foods such as baked goods and cereals.
6. Clear and clean tables, wipe spills, and remove trash.
7. Restock self-service foods and supplies.
8. Wash and store serving equipment.
9. Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
10. Inspect areas for safety hazards and operational issues.
11. Report maintenance issues and lost items.
12. Provide excellent guest service.
13. Adhere to dress code and safety policies.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred hospitality experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
