You will warmly greet guests, assist with reservations, and suggest hotel amenities while maintaining a clean, welcoming lounge environment. The role requires strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Proven customer service skills and ability to be resourceful and creative
• Ability to maintain relationships with staff and guest confidentiality
• Focus and maintain attention to tasks, complete work on time despite interruptions

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests in the lounge within 2 minutes of arrival
• Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests
• Maintain an information file on hotel and local services and attractions and recommend them to guests
• Clean lounge throughout shift by cleaning dishes, kitchenette, floors, furniture and surfaces
