Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for Home2 Suites Anchorage, AK. You will prepare buffet items, greet guests, and help ensure a quality dining experience while guests travel.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork across hotel departments, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Applicants should have basic verbal and written communication skills and be able to stand, lift, and handle food safety tasks; some locations require permits.

Qualifications

• Food handling or fast food experience preferred.
• Must obtain Food Handler’s Permit; Alcohol Server’s Permit may be required depending on location.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills; reading and writing required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting.
• Wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
