Hyatt Place Fairbanks, proudly managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Breakfast Host. This role supports the breakfast buffet, maintains a clean dining area, and ensures guests receive excellent service in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and hospitality experience is preferred. Shifts from 5am to 12pm with varied days, including weekends and holidays, are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Hospitality experience in hotels/restaurants is beneficial.
• Strong team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet.
• Keep dining area clean, organized, and well stocked during service.
• Assist with inventory management and minimize waste.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards, and welcoming atmosphere.
