CMC Hotels in Wilmington, NC is seeking a breakfast cook who can deliver high-quality, fresh breakfast items for guests in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will prepare, warm and/or cook hot and/or cold breakfast buffet items, adhere to all food safety guidelines, and provide superior guest service while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Previous hospitality or food service experience is desirable, and a positive, outgoing attitude is essential to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality of breakfast items in terms of freshness and taste.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times.
• Prepare, warm and/or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels.
• Provide superior guest service.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
