Responsibilities

• Assist with and/or place orders for breakfast food.
• Submit delivery invoices and audit accounts payable against delivery receipts.
• Prepare and set up breakfast food.
• Conduct inventories of food, paper products, and non-perishable supplies for breakfast.
• Maintain breakfast supply levels during service.
• Keep the breakfast area clean and sanitize floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Record food temperatures and follow health codes.
• Complete all required food safety certification.
• Assist with setup of meeting rooms and banquets and maintain cleanliness of meeting spaces.
• Clean public areas daily and reset breakfast tables and chairs as needed.
• Notify supervisor of cleanliness or equipment issues and complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Follow LEARN model for guest recovery and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and adhere to safety guidelines.
