Job summary

OTO Development in San Diego is seeking a Breakfast Associate to ensure a welcoming dining experience and smooth breakfast service for guests. You will monitor the dining area, assist with setup, and help maintain supplies and cleanliness throughout meal periods.

You will plan breakfast items with brand guidance, manage inventory, and enforce sanitation standards while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication to guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be neat, organized and efficient.
• Strong organizational skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• You may need to obtain and maintain food handling certificates.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and monitor the dining area during meal times to ensure supplies and guest needs are met.
• Plan breakfast menus according to brand recommendations and facility needs.
• Prepare room set up and ensure cleanliness and working condition of equipment.
• Manage inventory of food and utensils.
• Prepare daily breakfast menu of hot and cold items.
• Follow sanitation procedures for food handling safety.
• Respond promptly to guest questions or concerns.
• Break down breakfast area at end of shift and leave facility ready for next meal.
