You will be responsible for setting up and breaking down the breakfast buffet each morning and assisting guests with coffee and beverages as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders, and serving food and drinks
• Make sure that the breakfast buffet is fully set up each morning and that fresh items are always offered throughout service hours
• Use appropriate procedures for removing used plates, glasses, and silverware in an efficient manner throughout breakfast service
• Sanitize and ensure cleanliness of all buffet bar areas, including tables and chairs, and empty trash as needed
• Wipe down service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment according to health and safety regulations
